The project was to develop a new Golf Course for the existing Peninsula Golf Club to relocate to. Dodd Civil Consultants were responsible for all Civil design work and contract administration for the main Civil contract.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS

Maintaining construction to the required programme required input along with managing the onsite ground conditions which were typical for “Lime Country” with poor drainage. A separate part to this project was the creation of a 16 lot residential and 9 Lifestyle block subdivision alongside the golf course, constructed in conjunction with the golf course works.
This project was delivered on time with the transition of the Golf Club following the required programme.
